Dr. Jon Garber is originally from York, Pennsylvania. He completed his undergraduate degree in biology at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and then graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. He spent one year as an associate vet at Sauk Prairie Veterinary Clinic after graduation, and then 5 years teaching veterinary students and working in Field Service, Penn's farm animal ambulatory veterinary practice. During that time, Jon completed a residency through the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, specializing in bovine practice. His career at Valley Veterinary Clinic began in September 2013. When Jon is not working, he enjoys skiing, traveling, camping, hiking, canoeing and kayaking. He also loves winning in fantasy football. He lives in DePere with his wife Katie and 3 kids Nathan, Evelyn, and Benjamin.
